How refunds are issued


All refunds are issued based on the payment method used at the time of purchase. Your refund request will be processed instantly after receiving the returned goods. However, it may take 5-7 business days for it to display on your payment method statement.

To return an item

Before returning any item you MUST contact us first to explain the reason for the return. You will then be issued with a return address to send the goods.

We may, in certain circumstances, determine that a refund can be issued without requiring a return.

If you aren’t required to mail your item back for a refund, you will be notified at the time of contact.

Please Note: After the carrier has received your item, it can take up to 2 weeks for us to receive and process your return and refund.


Once the product is inspected, a full refund will be issued less handling and postage costs.

Will I be refunded any return postage costs?

We’ll refund your return costs on items sold up to our standard delivery option cost, if:

  • you received an incorrect item, or
  • you received a damaged item, or
  • you received a defective item


All our products are eligible for 3 years warranty.

The warranty does not apply where a defect has been caused by careless or improper handling, non-adherence to operating instructions, improper installation, other abuse or misuse caused by the customer or third party or by fair wear and tear.
